By using this website and placing orders with Portland Wholesale Florist, you agree to the following terms. If you have questions, call us at (503) 445-2967 — Mon–Fri 10am–4pm, Sat 10am–3pm.
Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We source flowers specifically for each order and cannot hold an order without payment.
Prices are based on your requested pickup or delivery date, not the date you place your order. If pricing changes significantly before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you before proceeding.
Once confirmed, order changes cannot be made through the website. Call or email us directly as early as possible.
To add items to an existing order, place a separate order — we waive the low-order fee on add-ons.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as Broadway Floral & Greenhouse. Portland Wholesale Florist processes payments through Broadway Floral's merchant account. If you have questions about a charge, please call us before disputing it.
We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible. Issues are rare, but when they arise we want happy customers — so we always try to make things right.

| After pickup or delivery | No refund — flowers are perishable and cannot be returned once accepted |

Flower colors vary naturally by season, farm, and growing conditions. Product photos are representative examples and are not a guarantee of exact color, bloom size, or form. Our buyer reviews every order for color accuracy before it ships.
Occasionally a variety may become unavailable due to crop conditions or quality concerns. If that happens, we will contact you directly to discuss substitutions or alternatives. We never substitute without your approval.

When you place an order, we collect only the contact and billing information necessary to process it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Portland Wholesale Florist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, conditioning, or storage after pickup or delivery. Please follow our Flower Care Guide for best results.
