Ordering Guide
About Lead Time
Lead time is the minimum amount of time we need to acquire your flowers from our growers before they're ready for pickup. Because our flowers ship in fresh rather than sitting in a local warehouse, this time is required to source and prepare your order correctly.
The Day You Order Doesn't Count
Your required lead time begins the day after your order is placed — not the day of. If you place your order today, today is day zero, and the lead time clock starts tomorrow.
Example: If you place your order on a Monday, Monday does not count. Day 1 is Tuesday, Day 2 is Wednesday, and so on — the count only starts once a full day has passed.
Need it sooner? If you're placing an order with less than the indicated lead time, please contact us — we may still be able to source it for you.
Plan ahead: For weddings and larger events, we recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure the best selection.
