Pickup
All orders are picked up at our retail partner Broadway Floral, 1638 NE Broadway, Portland OR 97232.
Hours: Mon–Fri 10am–4pm | Sat 10am–3pm | Sun closed
For a Saturday wedding pick up Thursday in summer (May–Sep) and Wednesday in winter (Oct–Apr). Summer days accelerate flower opening; winter days slow it down.
If your order includes slow-opening varieties like peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, or Oriental lilies, we may advise an earlier pickup day — we will flag this when you order. Full pickup timing guide →
Your flowers will be in water and need to travel upright. We strongly encourage you to bring your own clean buckets.
If you prefer not to bring your own, we sell transport containers at pickup:
5-Gallon Bucket — the most popular choice, holds most bunch sizes upright comfortably.
2-Gallon Bucket — good for smaller orders or individual bunches.
Procona Tub — a rectangular black plastic tub designed specifically for cut flower transport. Sturdy, stackable, and easy to carry.
Note: If you selected the bucket opt-out at checkout, that indicates you plan to purchase a transport container from us at pickup rather than bringing your own.
Yes — pickup at Broadway Floral is always free and is the best option for flower quality. Your flowers travel the shortest distance in water, arriving at their freshest.
Go straight home — no errands, no hot car. Heat damages flowers within minutes. Once home, get flowers into a cool room as quickly as possible. Full flower care guide →
Local Delivery
Yes — local delivery is available in the Portland metro area for an additional fee calculated at checkout. If delivery is not showing as an option but you are interested, call or email us — we can sometimes arrange a custom quote.
We deliver throughout the Portland metro area. If you are outside the standard delivery zone, call us at (503) 445-2967 and we will see what we can arrange.
Delivery is scheduled based on your event date entered at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the delivery window. As with pickup, flowers should arrive 2–3 days before your event to allow proper conditioning and opening time.
Shipping
At this time we do not offer drop-ship or mail-order shipping of fresh flowers. Maintaining cold-chain integrity over long distances is difficult and we are not willing to compromise flower quality. We continue to evaluate this and will make it available when it can be done reliably.

Yes — if you are able to pick up in Portland or arrange your own transport, you are welcome to order. Many customers drive from surrounding areas including Salem, Eugene, the coast, and SW Washington. Call us at (503) 445-2967 to discuss logistics.
Best option for most customers: Pickup at Broadway Floral is free, ensures the best flower quality, and gives you full control over timing. We strongly recommend it over delivery whenever possible.
