Garden & David Austin Roses

Year-round

Lush, cupped, full-petalled blooms with a romantic antique look. Premium choice for bridal bouquets. More petals, more fragrance, more presence than standard roses. Best quality spring and summer.

Spray Roses

Year-round

Multiple smaller blooms on a single stem. Adds beautiful texture and fullness. Excellent for bridesmaids’ bouquets and boutonnieres. Very budget-friendly for the volume they provide.

Peonies

May – mid-June

The most-requested bridal flower. Lush, romantic, fragrant, and incredibly photogenic. Short season — book early. Need 4–5 days to open. They sell out fast around popular wedding months.

Ranunculus

Year-round

Layered, tissue-paper petals in rich colors. A bride favorite for texture and long vase life. Best quality spring and fall. Handle gently — hollow stems. Need 3–5 days to open.

Lisianthus

Year-round

Ruffled, peony-like blooms with exceptional vase life. Often called the “poor man’s peony.” Elegant, versatile, available in white, cream, purple, lavender, pink, and bicolors.

Anemones

Year-round

Distinctive dark centers with delicate petals. Romantic, graphic, and highly photogenic. Available in white, pink, red, and purple. Add bold contrast to pale palettes. Need 2–3 days to open.

Tulips

Late Dec – early May

Clean, elegant, and classic. Beautiful in single-variety or mixed bouquets. Continue to grow after cutting — actually stunning in loose, romantic designs. Use cool water.

Calla Lilies

Year-round

Sculptural and architectural. A bridal classic — stunning in a single-variety presentation or mixed with greenery and fillers. Available in white, cream, blush, purple, and deep burgundy.

Dahlias

Late June – Sep

Large, dramatic blooms including the beloved Café au Lait. A top trend in bridal work. Rich colors in burgundy, terracotta, coral, and blush. Weather-permitting season — ask about availability.

Baby’s Breath (Gypsophila)

Year-round

The classic airy filler. Works in every style from rustic to modern. Also stunning as a stand-alone element in bridesmaid bouquets. Very affordable.

Waxflower

Year-round

Tiny star-shaped blooms with a gentle fragrance. Available in white, pink, and lavender. Adds fine texture and a delicate, romantic quality. Very long-lasting once conditioned.

Sweet Peas

Feb – May

Fragrant, lightweight, beautifully ruffled. Perfect for adding softness and scent to spring bouquets. Pairs beautifully with garden roses and eucalyptus.

Scabiosa

Year-round

Pincushion-shaped blooms in lavender, white, and pink. Light and airy. Adds movement and a slightly whimsical, garden-style quality to bouquets.

Eucalyptus

Year-round

The most versatile wedding green. Silver dollar, seeded, spiral, and gunni varieties. Fragrant and long-lasting. Seeded eucalyptus is the most popular for bouquets.

Italian & Israeli Ruscus

Year-round

Dark, glossy leaves. Very long vase life. Israeli ruscus has smaller, more flexible stems — excellent for hand-tied bouquets.

Salal

Year-round

Round, matte leaves. The go-to backdrop for garden-style bouquets. Very affordable. Provides a beautiful frame for roses and peonies.

Dusty Miller

Year-round

Silver-grey, felted leaves. Adds an ethereal, romantic softness. Beautiful contrast against blush and white flowers.
