We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be as fair as possible given that flowers are perishable and ordered specifically for your event.

18 or more days before pickupFull refund, no questions asked
Less than 18 daysWe'll do our best, but a refund of more than 50% may not be possible once flowers are committed or in transit
After pickup or deliveryNo refund — flowers are perishable and cannot be returned once accepted

  • Less than 18 days: Call us directly at (503) 445-2967 — written notice alone is not sufficient

We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund in writing.

Changes cannot be made through the website once your order is confirmed.

If you receive product that does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may ask for photos.

If a quality issue is confirmed we will replace the flowers or issue a credit to your original payment method.

Note: Flowers not properly conditioned (see our Flower Care Guide) or exposed to heat, cold, or ethylene gas from fruit are not eligible for credit.
