Question:

What if I have to cancel?


Answer:

Cancellations: We know things can change, so you can cancel an order and receive full refund if you notify us 10 days before the date that you've asked to get your flowers. If you give us less notice, we may or may not be able to cancel the flowers - any refund will be a maximum of 50% of the order.

NO CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE DAY YOU'D ASKED TO GET YOUR FLOWERS. Please understand that the flowers are either in transit or already at the retail partner.
