- Full payment is required at the time you place your order.
- We source flowers specifically for each order and cannot hold an order without payment.
- Prices are based on your requested pickup or delivery date, not the date you place your order. If pricing changes significantly, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Once confirmed, order changes cannot be made through the website — call or email us directly.
- To add items, place a separate order — we waive the low-order fee on add-ons to an existing order.

Product photos are representative samples. Flower colors vary naturally with growing season, farm, and lighting. The photo is a guide — not a guarantee of exact shade. Our buyer reviews every order for color accuracy before it ships.
Wholesale flowers ship in tight bud and require 3–7 days of conditioning before your event. We are not responsible for flowers that did not open in time due to insufficient conditioning time.
Prices fluctuate with demand and growing season. Surcharges apply around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and Christmas. The price you pay is based on your pickup or delivery date, not the date you order.
